With that comes responsibility. The following information explains the basic rules and conditions that apply when using 'Love A Filipina'.

We provide the technology and community environment that allows members to communicate with one another. We do not guarantee that any member will find a partner, relationship, friendship or particular outcome. Every member is responsible for their own decisions, communications and interactions with other members.

8. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MEMBERS

Messages and interactions between members are personal communications. Love A Filipina does not guarantee the accuracy of statements made by members. A profile, photograph, message or verification status should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another member is suitable for you. Take time to get to know someone before making important personal, travel or financial decisions.

9. TRAVEL, VISA & HOUSING

Information provided on Love A Filipina about the Philippines, travel, visas, accommodation, housing, condos or other services is intended for general information and convenience. Rules, prices, availability and requirements can change. You are responsible for checking current official information and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. Love A Filipina does not provide immigration, legal, financial or property advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. GIFTS & MONEY

Sending gifts or money to another person is entirely your own decision. Love A Filipina does not require members to send gifts or money to other members. We strongly recommend that you exercise caution when someone you have met online asks for financial assistance. A genuine relationship should never depend upon financial payments.

11. PAYMENTS & NO REFUNDS

Where Love A Filipina offers paid memberships, digital products, promotional services, meetings or physical merchandise, the applicable price and material conditions will be disclosed before payment. Payments may be processed by authorized third-party providers. Applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed as required by law. Memberships and digital services are generally non-refundable after activation or delivery, except where required by law or expressly provided in the applicable offer. Cancellation of an account does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for unused membership time. Physical merchandise is subject to the separate Shop provisions below. Events and scheduled services may have their own disclosed cancellation terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights to refunds, remedies or consumer protection.

12. MEMBERSHIPS & PREMIUM FEATURES

Free Membership provides access to selected platform features subject to published limits. Premium Membership for men is currently offered at $12 for 12 months. Membership for women, including Filipinas, Transpinays and other women, is free under our published membership policy. Premium benefits and feature availability are described on our Membership page and in the member area. We may update features, provided that applicable consumer rights and commitments already purchased are respected. Premium access does not guarantee responses, matches or relationships. Any automatic renewal, if offered, must be clearly disclosed and authorized before purchase, including the renewal price and cancellation procedure. A membership does not renew automatically unless the member has expressly agreed to recurring billing.

13. PROFILE BOOSTING & PROMINENT EXPOSURE

Members may order optional promotional services, including Profile Boosting and Prominent Exposure. The current price, duration, eligibility, placement and activation conditions will be displayed before ordering. Promotional placement may increase profile visibility but does not guarantee views, Likes, messages, introductions or relationships. Promotional services are subject to moderation, technical availability and platform rules. If a purchased promotion cannot be delivered substantially as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, replacement exposure or a refund as required by law. Members may not use promotions to display misleading or prohibited content.

14. INVITE FRIENDS & AMBASSADOR REWARDS

Members may invite friends using authorized referral links or methods. Invitations must be genuine, lawful and respectful. Unsolicited spam, purchased fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals and attempts to manipulate referral or verification systems are prohibited. Our Ambassador Program recognizes qualifying KYC-verified referred members. Bronze requires 5 qualifying referrals, Silver 10, Gold 15 and Diamond 20. Under the current reward schedule, qualifying Ambassadors receive profile boosting during 13 consecutive four-week reward periods:

Only genuine, eligible and verified referrals count. We may investigate irregular activity, correct erroneous counts, and withhold or revoke fraudulently obtained rewards. The member area's published program rules govern qualification details. Ambassador status does not establish employment, agency or authority to represent Love A Filipina.

15. FEATURED MEMBERS & PUBLIC PROFILE PUBLICATION

Members may voluntarily order public profile publication and related promotional exposure. Our current Pinterest publication offer costs $24 one-time and includes 28 days of Featured Members exposure on our website. There is no separate Featured Members purchase option under this offer. Public publication requires the member's explicit, informed consent. Members must have the rights to photographs and information submitted for publication. Consent for ordinary member-profile display does not automatically authorize publication on Pinterest or other public channels. Members may request removal of public promotional content through support. We will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, but cannot guarantee removal of third-party copies, search-engine caches or material already shared by others. Withdrawal of consent does not automatically reverse a completed promotional service, subject to applicable law.

16. FILIP & FILA AI ASSISTANT & AUTOMATED SUPPORT

FILIP and FILA are artificial intelligence assistants, not human members or professional advisers. They may help members understand website features, navigate services, obtain general information and contact support. Access may depend on membership status or the particular service. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes or outdated information. Members should independently verify important information and consult qualified professionals regarding legal, immigration, medical, financial or other specialist matters. Members should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information with AI services. Automated support does not replace human review where needed. FILIP and FILA will not knowingly impersonate another dating member.

17. MEETINGS, CONCIERGE & TRAVEL SERVICES

Love A Filipina may organize meetings, social events, introductions, travel assistance, date-planning or concierge services. The scope, price, location, dates, included activities and applicable cancellation conditions will be disclosed before ordering. Participation does not guarantee romantic interest, attendance by any particular person, compatibility or a relationship. Participants must behave respectfully and follow reasonable safety and event rules. Travel documents, immigration eligibility, personal insurance and individual travel arrangements remain the participant's responsibility unless a specific service expressly provides otherwise. Events may be rescheduled or changed for safety, availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control, with appropriate remedies provided as required by law.

18. SHOP, PHYSICAL GIFTS & MERCHANDISE

Our online Shop may offer physical gifts, merchandise and related products. Products may be sourced or fulfilled through independent suppliers, including international drop shipping partners. Product descriptions, prices, shipping charges and material conditions will be presented before checkout. Product appearance, packaging and availability may vary within reasonable limits. We will notify customers when an ordered item cannot be supplied and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative with their agreement. Delivery estimates depend on destination, supplier, shipping carrier and customs processing. Any customer responsibility for import duties or taxes will be disclosed where reasonably possible. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not always be possible. Customers who receive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, or whose orders are not delivered, should contact support with their order details. We will investigate and provide remedies including repair, replacement or refund where applicable. Change-of-mind returns are subject to the conditions disclosed at checkout and applicable law. Nothing in our no-refunds provisions removes mandatory consumer rights. Gifts sent to another person require a lawful delivery arrangement and appropriate recipient consent. Buying a gift does not guarantee a response, friendship or romantic relationship. Our use of third-party suppliers does not remove our legal obligations to customers.

19. NEWSLETTER, BLOG & DIGITAL DIGEST

Love A Filipina may publish newsletters, blog articles, digital magazines, member stories, advertising and other editorial material. Publication schedules and availability may change. Public newsletter content and restricted Digital Digest content may have different eligibility requirements. Access to restricted material does not authorize redistribution or republication. Members featured in editorial or promotional publications must provide appropriate permission for identifiable personal content. Sponsored content and paid placements should be distinguishable from independent editorial material. Subscribers may manage optional promotional notifications in accordance with applicable rules.

Love A Filipina provides an online platform for communication and social interaction. We do not guarantee:

21. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the member has violated these terms, endangered other members, misused the platform, engaged in fraudulent activity or otherwise acted in a manner that is inconsistent with the purpose of 'Love A Filipina'. We may also take action where required by law. In the member area members can freeze, or delete their account.

22. REPORTING A PROBLEM

If you believe that another member is behaving fraudulently, abusively or otherwise violating our rules, please report the matter through the available reporting or support channels. When reporting an issue, provide as much relevant information as possible. Your report may help protect other members of our community.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time as Love A Filipina develops. When important changes are made, we may provide an appropriate notice. The latest version published on this page will apply to your continued use of the website.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Where specific legal or consumer protections apply to you, those rights are not intended to be removed or reduced by these terms.

25. OUR PROMISE TO THE COMMUNITY

We want Love A Filipina to be a place where people can meet with openness, respect and common sense. We cannot control every conversation or every person you may encounter. But we can provide rules, safety measures and a community environment designed to encourage genuine connections. So take your time. Be honest. Be respectful. Protect yourself. And enjoy the journey.
